Section 14 says': A continuous audit of the accounts of all the enterprises under the control of the Trustees pursuant to this Act shall be made by independent auditors appointed by Parliament each year The auditors shall make a report to Parliament in respect of their audit calling attention to any matters which in their opinion require consideration or any remedial action.
