Excerpt from Public Accounts for the Fiscal Year Ended 30th June, 1891In my last report I stated I am glad to report that since the issue Of the Public Accounts Of 1888 89 a great advance has been made towards the settlement of the long outstanding accounts between the Dominion and the Provinces Of Ontario and Quebec.
