Co: September 30, 1881Vanderbilt, a resolution was finally unanimously adopted, that the three gentlemen composing the Board of Arbitration up to the first of June, 1881, be elected for the ensuing year. And further, to meet the views presented in regard to that Board by President Vanderbilt, it was resolved, that when a decision in any case submitted to the Board of Arbitration is unanimous, the same shall be final but, when not unanimous, the question shall be referred to the Presidents, with a statement of the differences of opinion, and the Chairman shall call a meeting of the Presidents as early as practicable thereafter to con sider the same.About the PublisherForgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
