The joint select committee, to whom was referred the mes sage of the Governor, with the accompanying papers from the Historical Agent of the State, have had the same under consideration, and respectfully report: That the message of the Governor presents to the General Assembly the report of the historical agent of the State, and recommends a continuance of the agency.
