P. Anthony (Tony) Burnham has practiced employers-side labor and employment law and Human Resources in Southern California and internationally for over forty years. In representing multi-national, mid-sized and smaller employers, he has become aware of all the incredible transitions taking place in employment, business and with individuals. These largely irreversible changes are being driven by increased globalization, technological advances and demographics.
