Wagstaff is a scruffy dog with a tail that wags uncontrollably. Nothing is safe. One day he hurts his paw chasing rabbits and at the Vet he meets some odd characters, Chameleons, a Scratchly cat. After X-rays and injections he's much better and his tail wags once more, causing chaos in the waiting room.
