Self-Esteem

Self-Esteem

When our internal monologue takes on a negative or hostile tone, we become susceptible to self-victimization, leading to a profound sense of being overwhelmed and, in severe instances, even plunging into a state of depression. In my book, I will elucidate an alternative approach, presenting a simplified strategy to harness the potential of that voice in your favor.

Self-esteem has commonly been utilized as a comprehensive phrase to elucidate individuals' emotional states. When encountering someone in a state of emotional distress, certain individuals might make the observation that person possesses diminished self-worth. Similarly, when an individual engages in excessive self-praise or presents themselves in an exceptionally assured manner, others may remark that they exhibit an excessive level of confidence and would benefit from demonstrating more humility.

Conversely, individuals who display a profound sense of self-esteem are frequently perceived as remarkably self-assured and assertive. They exhibit the character trait of fearlessly expressing their views and making their voices resonate. They possess a strong sense of their own value and are resolute in their pursuit of their desires, without any hesitations, as they firmly believe that they are deserving of them.
