Ecola State Park is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful preserves in the country, surrounded by some of the wealthiest communities in the world. But amidst the scenic coastlines, and the hiking trails, the bodies of the wealthy and the elite are turning up dead.


Three wounds each, one for each comma in their bank accounts. Secret billionaire parties and tight-lipped communities stump genius chessmaster and FBI trainee Artemis Blythe, she fears she may have finally met her match.


The wealthy local communities blame the off-grid population known to be living in the state park, but Artemis isn't so sure. She thinks something far more nefarious is at foot.
