He had three teams on the demesne lands and 6 neatherds, 4 villeins, 7 bordars, with a priest, and a Frenchman had 5 teams. The manor had a mill yielding 4/ yearly, and half a league of wood yielding 11d. In King Edward's time under Leuui, its Saxon lord, the manor had been worth 20/ yearly, but when it came to Rainald it was waste.
