This problem set is designed to accompany the casebook, Federal Income Tax of Partnerships and "S” Corporations, Fifth Edition, although the problems can be used with any text. The problems are organised to correspond with the chapter and section headings of the casebook and, in general, the solutions can be found within the material presented in those sections.
