Richard Pannell, a native of Sacramento, CA, began
his career in the culinary industry in 1982 by catering
a yacht cruise in the San Francisco Bay Area for a local
businessman and friend. Thus began a long and
rewarding career in the catering business for Pannell.
According to Richard: I was inspired to write poetry
with the influence of food and sensuality is because I
love them both. With food, we eat with our eyes before
we eat with our mouths, as we do with people we are attracted
to. By combining both attractions, we can create
some of the most interesting, intriguing and sensual
cuisines imaginable!
