Tracey Podge is a rather large lady. Her story was inspired by the Government and all the medical services urging us to lead healthy lifestyles and avoid obesity. Tracey is the answer and refutation to the nanny state and all its interfering advice. She knows in her heart they are right but life is difficult and stressful and she finds comfort in junk and convenience food. She is married to Darren and has two children known as the Podgeletts and they all share her life-style choices and would get very grumpy if Tracey were unwise enough to dabble in healthy food.
