Adolescence is a transitional stage from childhood to adulthood, and habits like tobacco use, nutritional habits, and sexual behavior are very common among them which has long time implications for health. These habits lead to premature death (Ziaei, 2018, WHO, 2017). Adolescence phase is considered to be crucial as the youngsters embark to challenge their elderly controls and values and principles which are predominantly influenced by their peers (Freeman, King, Al-Haque, & Pickett, 2012). Azzopardi, Kennedy and Patton (2017) have defined adolescence, as the span between ages 10-19, is a critical juncture when rapid vicissitudes in health, social development and salubrity have long-lasting and paramount implicative indications for the life hazards and trajectories of individuals, communities and the next generation. Many adolescents (10-19 years) die unexpectedly because of accidents, suicide, violence, gravidity associated complications and many other illnesses that can either be prevented or treated. It has been found that many most severe diseases in adults may have their roots in adolescent age. For example, many health risky behaviours like, tobacco use, sexually transmitted infections including HIV, poor victualing and exercise habits, may lead to illnesses or premature death. (WHO, 2019) International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), (2010) has suggested that most of the young population not received the sexual and reproductive health services. were established to fulfil particular necessities of youth.
