In quiet Bodega Bay, famously the setting for Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds, a man is found dead in the harbor. Antiques dealer Toby Sandler and art historian Nora Barnes are recruited to help investigate the strange disappearance of the victim's artifacts and art.
