Twenty years ago it was highly recommended to the churches by some of our most valued ministers in a printed address, and the presumption is that those of them still living, yet retain the same opinion of its merits. The best evidence, however, of the esteem in which it has been held, is the sale of two large editions and the regular demand for it ever since.
