From Austria the Danube traverses Hun gary from west to east, then north to south, with Buda pest, the Hungarian capital, on its banks, and after crossing the Hungarian J ugo-slav territory it becomes the boundary between Hungary and Serbia, ' changing its course again to an easterly direction.
