The Part-2 of this multi-part series opens at the heights of the tensions of the Cold War years, in form, of the diplomatic cacophony and chaos that followed the capture of Gary Powers, the U-2 pilot, during one of the U-2 overflights over Soviet Union which brought the U.S. manned aerial surveillance program in public domain followed by the nuclear flash point of the Cuba Missile Crisis of 1962.
