Street work should receive special study as it seems to be a special calling. Hold your meetings in as prominent and respectable part of the city as possible. Study the disposition of the people of the district.

Commence meetings by singing (if only a verse) making the distinction be tween religious and other meetings. The remarks should be on the first principles of the Gospel, not advancing any question that cannot be proven from the written Word. Be humble, but earnest in speaking.
