Books have prefaces. It's no fault of mine, but this is going to be a book and so it's going to have a preface. You can take it or leave it, Just as you like. Most prefaces get left. But this here one is going to be abbreviated. It's com ing in short pants so you might as well get a load of it.

I love Lincoln. Who doesn't? Maybe a couple of old Reb beavers, but not many.
