We shall, too, as we lie on the 0503 table, tell his patrons that he is a wide-awake physi cian, who embraces every opportunity to add to his store of knowledge, and fit himself for an intelligent discharge of his duties to his patients. We shall tell them that he often consults us, and through us many of the most eminent practitioners in the world, and that we do not let him rest here, even, but that we are constantly urging him to consult other journals and books, and employ all the more modern and most approved me ans for the suc eulful pursuit of his calling. Yes, and we often even venture into the parlor, and exert the same in¿uence on the callers there.
