The tenth table covers the curative use of antitoxin for the year 1914 only, and it was in this year, as just mentioned that large doses were' consistently supplied, although without in¿uencing the death rate.

It would appear that infection following puncture wounds was more fatal than that after those of other types, since out of five of the for mer class four died and of the latter only two out of six. These pro portions pertain also to the outcome of similar cases treated and reported to the Division in 1912 and 1913.
