Mr. Tierney, tn explanation, said, that he had not represented the Bank as great and ¿ourishing, and abounding in wealth. He dlovved that they had made great rofits ht his next motion would shew ow he thought they had dissipated those profits. In consequence of the restrictions im osed en their payment in specie, the Ban had cutainly made enormous profits, but these they had divided among themselves, and for ought he and the country knew, Dd left nothing for their creditors.
