Mr. T. M. Healy (louth, I do not rise for the purpose of saying anything as to the clause, but I rise to say something about the Deceased Wife's Sister Bill. T here is no reason why we should not deal with that, and I do think that upon that subject, and also on the subject of vaccination, we should be enlightened from the Unionist Benches.
