The goal of this book is to give the reader a clear understanding of the essence of Aikido, and to explain the aspirations and motivations of the true practitioners of Aikido. It doesn't discuss movements or wazas in any detail, but rather tries to impart the fundamental nature of Aikido: the harmony of mankind and the universe.
