Darla Peel and Sir Ian Shag are assigned on a mission to assassinate Boris Smythe and Adolf Smythe and Darla Peel and Sir Ian Shag travel with them as journalist from the London Times and the Moscow Times and they eventually a mad scientist who wants to turn the earth into dust and smoke and does turn East and West Germany into dust and smoke. Also turns Spain and Japan into dust and smoke. Does Darla and Ian successfully assassinate Boris Smythe, Adolf Smythe, and Boris Smith?
