Second, the practice and problems in infrastructure building. Third, the mould and policy used in the course of development. The book pursues three major objectives: firstly, to portray the stage of development, secondly, to analyze the specific experience in China’s case, thirdly, to review theory and try to put forward advices on investment and management.
