It produced plenty of berries of various size and shape, rough and of poor quality. -i am h0ping that it makes a better showing this season. It makes fine plant -beds, of large, healthy, deepi rooted plants and I have a nice lot of them if you wish to give it a' trial. I It originated in New York and is described by the introducers as the most vigorous and healthiest growing plant that -we have ever seen. Fruits very late and is more productive than any other latei varieties. The berries are large, dark red, extra high quality. Eighteen selected berries filled a quart box.
