This, the twenty-seventh Annual Report of the State Board Of Labor and Statistics, or the Third Annual Report since the Bureau has been under the direction of a Com mission, contains a detailed report Of the work done during the year 1918 under the several requirements of the law. Under the Acts of 1916 the duties of the Bureau were some what broadened, and brie¿y stated are: First: TO collect statistics concerning, and examine into the conditions of labor, etc.
