It is a heavy read that tells us how we came to be, what we may become, and enough about astronomy to help us understand what makes that possible. It has sold 3/4 million copies in many languages, and would have sold many more if it were simpler to read. The purpose of this book, Urantia the Earth: The Origin of It All, is to help bring that about to make it more negotiable, more user-friendly. This is not a dumbing-down exercise, this book is a reading aid, challenging enough in itself.
