The coincidence was recalled when before representatives, among others, of patriotic societies, on May 12, 1895, the following lecture was delivered in outline at All Angels' Church, New York. For the Rector of that church having founded the lecture course, appointed the date and place as above, entitling this lecture A New Leaf in History.
