Tabernacle, New York City, on the Sunday evenings extending from the first of January to Easter in the year 1919. In the month of Feb ruary, 1916, over a year before the United States decided to enter the war, the Pastor of the Tabernacle had delivered at the Ohio Wesleyan University, Delaware, Ohio, a course of five lectures on What the War is Teach ing. These lectures appeared at once in book form, but as that volume is now out of print, the author has incorporated in this new book sev eral paragraphs of the Delaware lectures.
