Nous aurions pu prendre ce parti à dater du mois de mai prochain et après une année entière d'existence après le douzième numéro, mais la double colonne déplaisait, la grande ligne était désirée. Nous avons dû hâter la réalisation d'un voeu assez général. Au lieu d'attendre quatre mois encore il valait mieux commencer aujourd'hui à se faire plus beau.
