Der Nachweis, dass die von mir im Jahre 1894 als Summa Codicis des Irnerius und als Questiones de iuris subtilitatibas des Irnerius herausgegebenen Schriften wirklich Werke des grossen Bolognesers seien, ist in den weitaus meisten der darüber erschienenen Besprechungen als geführt anerkannt worden.
