»Festschrift for Johannes Hager on his 70th Birthday«: Johannes Hager is one of Germany's most highly respected legal scholars who was professor at the University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, the Humboldt-University of Berlin and the Ludwig-Maximilans-University of Munich. To honour Mr Hager renowned legal and economic scientists as well as practitioners have contributed to the Festschrift on his 70th birthday. The articles mostly concern the German Civil Law with special consideration of the law of notary, which was one of Mr Hager's activity emphasis.
