Hardware accelerator finds application in various areas like data analytics, artificial intelligence, robotics and Internet of Things (IoT). IoT concepts will have a very high influence in our daily life in the near future. IoT will permeate every part of our life and most of the products and services, human beings consume will be influenced by the idea of IoT. IoT aims to seamlessly integrate the physical and digital world in order to build things in network. The Internet of Things will dramatically affect few of the sectors like agriculture, industry, and services. Due to this, IoT is also described as Industrial Revolution 4.0 [1].
