Des articles de Revues, surtout anciens, ont été cités ou non selon qu'il existait ou non une littérature spéciale plus récente. Quand je pouvais indiquer un exposé d'ensemble nouveau, je m'abstenais d'inscrire des travaux antérieurs. Vu l'espace restreint, j'ai dû me contenter de l'indispensable.
