Social policy and her cultural grammar will be explained by a synthesis of post-structural and psychodynamic hermeneutics of personhood in the labyrinth of care systems between path dependency of sectors, institutions and mental models on the one hand and transgressive ecstacy of social innovations on the other hand. The normative reference is an ontology of liberal socialism as personalism of love.
