There exists an Universal Dynamic Principle of Life, pervading all space, immanent in all things, manifesting in an infinite variety of forms, and life, and energy or force, - and the essential inner nature of that Universal Principle is MIND !
The energy, or force, of that Principle is no respecter of persons. Its services are open to all, and it operates in response to the proper effort no matter by whom it may be exerted. But the proper effort must be exerted, consciously or unconsciously, else there will be no operation of the forces.
